  • Free UK Delivery

    Free delivery is to UK mainland addresses only.

  • Delivery Information

    We process and dispatch orders Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays.

    We do not dispatch on Sundays or bank holidays. If you order on a Sunday or bank holiday your order will not be processed until the next working day.

    We do not offer same-day delivery on any of our products. During busy periods such as Christmas, orders can be delayed. We will always process orders on time, but cannot be held responsible for delays during busy periods or postal strikes.

  • International Delivery

    We do not currently offer International Delivery, However, if you wish to have products delivered through Europe, Please fo get in touch with us first before placing an order.

  • My Order has not Arrived. What Should I Do

    First of all – we’re sorry to hear this. Unfortunately from time to time our delivery partners will delay, lose or damage things.

    However, we believe in first-class service – so if anything is lost, delayed or damaged, we will do our utmost to put this right for you. We can usually get a replacement to you the next working day, however, please be advised that seasonal delays can affect the speed of Royal Mail services.
