It's getting close to Christmas....try delicious twists on traditional food & drink with our Caribbean range. A dash of sorrel into prosecco for a festive flavour, the zing of hot pepper jelly on the side with roast turkey, boxing day bubble & squeak with spicy fruit sauce. How about a lemon drizzle cake with added ginger beer syrup for a luxurious tea time cake, and some cheese and pickles with a spoonful of gourmet tamarind and pepper relish.
