Our Love for this Caribbean Gem
It was back in 1980 when I fell in love with The Caribbean. Stepping off the plane into tropical Barbados from a cold wet London as a young British Universities cricketer, the relationship with these wonderful islands had begun.
All of our products have undergone a rigorous taste-testing process to ensure that we offer the tastiest and most widely accepted finished goods.
Classic hot pepper sauces, syrups of ginger and sorrel,(hibiscus), spicy fruit sauce and jerk seasoning, mild 'no pepper seasoning to offer all the Caribbean flavour without the heat, gourmet relishes with tamarind, sweet sun-ripened guava jam, spicy hot pepper jelly and our signature golden Caribbean rum cake, rich and moist; glazed in premium golden Cockspur rum.
