Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will immediately replace any damaged products provided that we are notified within 7 days of your receipt of the goods. If we cannot replace the defective item we will offer an alternative or refund you in full once the item is returned to us. We will also refund your postage cost in returning the product to us if necessary.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as fresh items) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. -

Refunds
f you are not completely satisfied with an item you have purchased for any reason then you are entitled to return the order for a refund. Please contact us first to advise of any problems. We have confidence in all of our products and set the highest standards for all of the goods which we allow on our website. If you receive a product and you are not happy with its quality, we offer a free returns and refund service. This service does not cover items ordered in error, or other issues due to customer error but if you are not happy with the overall quality of a product we can offer a full refund.
How it Works.
- Send a message to us via our online contact form or by replying to an email we have sent.
- Advise your order number and the product with which you are unhappy.
- We will reply and send you a postage-paid return label
- Package the item back up in the box we sent it to you in and return it in the post with the return label
- Once the item is returned to us, we will issue a full refund within 7 days.
