Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy for non-fresh items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    We will immediately replace any damaged products provided that we are notified within 7 days of your receipt of the goods. If we cannot replace the defective item we will offer an alternative or refund you in full once the item is returned to us. We will also refund your postage cost in returning the product to us if necessary.

  • Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as fresh items) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Exchanges

    If you would like to exchange or return an item ordered in error, please simply return it to the address below. Please provide a note outlining your reasons for the return and send the product in the original box to:

  • Refunds

    f you are not completely satisfied with an item you have purchased for any reason then you are entitled to return the order for a refund. Please contact us first to advise of any problems. We have confidence in all of our products and set the highest standards for all of the goods which we allow on our website. If you receive a product and you are not happy with its quality, we offer a free returns and refund service. This service does not cover items ordered in error, or other issues due to customer error but if you are not happy with the overall quality of a product we can offer a full refund.

    How it Works.

    1. Send a message to us via our online contact form or by replying to an email we have sent.
    2. Advise your order number and the product with which you are unhappy.
    3. We will reply and send you a postage-paid return label
    4. Package the item back up in the box we sent it to you in and return it in the post with the return label
    5. Once the item is returned to us, we will issue a full refund within 7 days.
  • Cancelling an Order
