Ingredients

    Chicken pieces (Breast, thighs, legs or wings)
  • 280g
    Star Jerk Seasoning
  • 118 ml
    water

Method

  1. Combine the jerk seasoning and water in a ziplock bag or other suitable container and mix until blended
  2. Add the chicken and coat well. Allow to marinate for 2-3 hours before grilling,
  3. Heat the grill or fire up your BBQ
  4. Cook the chicken thighs to the required doneness (approximately 165 degrees internal temperature)
  5. Serve with rice, kidney beans and salad or your choice of accompaniment

Notes

Allow the chicken to marinate for as long as possible min of 2-3 hours or overnight if possible for the best flavour.
